After 200 cases, I find that the best way to optimise OR time for EEP- 🍊have trained staff assisting you 🍊adequate number of equipment 🍊help with transfer of pts to fasten turn over time 🍊get the confidence of the anaesthetist 🍊finally, Keep calm and enjoy! #UroSoMe #AEEP
