Taking a bit to regain the weight - My abs practically gone now, but I've been bouncing back from June where I lost over 10lbs due to my health incident.
Slowly but surely I'll get back - no - better than I was before! 💖

Thanks dear! Yeah it's been tough - think it shows as I've not been posting as much as I used to... Had a guy at the gym come by the other day said I was getting pudgy around the belly 🤦🏼 👍🏼

Seeing all my friends all "cosplay ready" for DragonCon has me missing my fitness level of the old days. Now that Book 2 is approaching release I hope to get a better balance between writing and fitness.
