Ja has the right to own a firearm that's not the issue. His employers don't want him flashing the gun around on social media acting like some damn thug it hurts the image of the NBA. You do not have rights and freedoms in the private sector. How come people can't understand that?

Exactly, there is no reason this should be something people don't understand. No one cares he owns a firearm, everyone should. Be responsible, his antics are irresponsible and dangerous. Owning a firearm does not give you a right to wave it around in public.

100% agree. I hope they suspend him for an entire year withno pay. It's not that the act itself is that terrible but a message needs to be sent. Not sure much less changes his behavior

I think it is more that he's being reckless. If he had a video of him showing proper gun safety, no one would care. Waving a gun around in a club or while driving is not safe.
