‘Most of our users are on WiFi!’ Most people are under 6′ tall, but we still design doors that tall people can use. Don’t build for the norm; build for the population.

Even if you design for the 5th to 95th percentiles, you’re still potentially excluding 1 in 10 people. That’s a big number.
