@chris2400 I've just had a read of some of the replies, there are a few, not many, whose responses illustrate my point about the lies but they still believe them.

@csav55 I have always wondered why the UK was not more proactive within the EU. Much easier to effect change from within

@alisonnonum We did do a lot, remember Thatcher and the SM. Unfortunately the press always reported it as poor old blighty fighting the big bad EU. We were very influential, we were on the top table we're now at the back of the overflow car park.

@csav55 I think large part of the reason was all other EU countries have restrictions on access to public services esp healthcare, so open borders aren't an issue,whereas UK doesn't have those structures, so many voters felt only way to protect NHS was to vote for restricted borders.
