I explained why they had chosen Base as foundation. "Base Network is like the superhero of the Ethereum world. It offers enhanced scalability, cost-effective transactions, and a roadmap towards decentralization. Citadel believes in Base's, and that's why it's building here."

Seems to me that my enthusiasm was contagious. The students were starting to see the connections between traditional lessons and this new world of blockchain.

"The cool part," Citadel is tackling a problem many new DEXes face—token inflation. Through a dual-token system, with #FORT as the core token and #esFORT as an escrowed token. It system ensures the protocol's long-term success while rewarding supporters with real yields.

At this point I have problem pronouncing esFORT as I kept saying eSPORT 😂. Back to story The students nodded in understanding. Blockchain was starting to make sense, and Citadel was becoming more intriguing by the minute. I saved the best for last—the CitadelPad.

I explained how holding esFORT tokens grants benefits like early access to sales and voting rights, making the holders key decision-makers in Citadel's ecosystem.

As I wrapped up the lesson, due to the lecturer arrival on premises, I could see the excitement in my classmates' eyes. Blockchain might have seemed like a complex subject, but Citadel had made it accessible and intriguing.

In our continuing classroom setting, as the enthusiastic class crypto enthusiast of the class that shared the Citadel project. I had to share the technical roadmap with the eager classmates just as @citadelswap made it available.
