RRVs, only send them to jobs that aren't likely to need transport - DSAs only to catA calls, right resource, right place.

- c elephant in room AMPDS / pathways. Clinicians take call & have power of dispatch. Hi upfront cost huge long term gain.

make all frontline vehicles nationally identical, loaded with same kit, ie manger elk, EZIO. Pt care shouldn't be lottery..

Think you're right. I can see us slowly going the way the AA went 10+ years ago. Went from 7 ops centres to 3, now 1.

not that I think an emergency service going to 1 ops centre would be a good idea but you get the idea.
