At almost 55 I set a goal to run the Cooper River Bridge Run! I did it 16 years ago and wanted to do it again! Finished it with my sister! 1 hour and 13 minutes! My goal was 1 hour and 15! @DormanFootball @SCFCA1

News: Clemson MBB assistant coach Dick Bender is retiring, the program announces. Bender spent 40 years coaching college basketball and is a longtime assistant of Brad Brownell’s. Brownell now has 2 open assistant jobs to fill (Bender and Billy Donlon, who took the EMU job)
