Some of our pro hitters experimenting with long PVC recoil swings. Great way to get the body primed to go fast and stop fast!
Cues were swing as fast as you can then swing back into a loaded position. Repeat 4x. Recoil swing should be just as fast as game swing.

I get disappointed when hitter’s shy away from challenges. If you won’t step in against the best pitchers during live ABs, challenging short boxes, or situations like +90mph from the machine when training - can you really get comfortable being uncomfortable? Hitting is hard.

One way we’ll have athletes feel bat path adjustments is using long PVC.
My guy Mac has bat speed, but creates more top spin ball flight pull side than we’d like.
We’ve worked on timing/point of contact, but felt his path was too steep when he makes contact out in front.
