Very cool to see more products sprinkle in crypto - natural use in @Clubhouse, helped by @Plaid Wallet Onboard :)

All in all - this is just the beginning for us. We have an ambitious roadmap and I’m excited about all the crypto-native things we’ll be building going forward. In the meantime, feel free to let me know what you think we should build next - always here for ideas!

Embedded crypto and “sufficient decentralization” (@farcaster_xyz) are my bets for the next wave. Data will be on-chain where it actually makes sense (usernames, in-game items, etc), but it might be invisible to most consumers and powered by a traditional web2 stack in front.

Developers are excited to use Plaid data on-chain in a crypto native way. This also includes moving identity data on-chain. More to come here - @alain 👀

It’s encouraging to see crypto startups and projects building transaction safety and anti-phishing tech, but there are still many challenges before those reach critical mass. This is also an area of focus for us, so stay tuned for how we layer that into Wallet Onboard!

While we are just scratching the surface of bridging web2 and web3, we didn’t have to get far to uncover tons of low-hanging fruit for us to build a trusted and safe user experience, and improve on existing infrastructure for developers
