Ive seen reactions to that final boss by many friends. Who love this series and what that finale represents. im shooting this shit down now. Tears were shed. You cant just dismiss it because you dont connect to it. The game celebrates DK the series. The final boss brings it home.
"Bananza's final boss is probably one of the bottom 5 bosses of the game and Bowser on Odyssey is technically better, but I don't care cuz it's so fun and hype moments lmao"

Gotta disagree hard. The whole story in Bananza is about finding your way back. No spoilers but the finale, in every sense of the word, perfectly wraps that up. Hes finally back.
@nin10doland Fan service at the expense of a cohesive rewarding pay off to the story and the characters which was set up. Oddysey is a finale to the entire game. DK comes from nowhere. It'll be like if Fawful was on the moon and crashed the wedding. Cool in the moment, but it's shallow.

A DK Bananza sesh often entail you breaking every possible surface trying to find a lost fractone child, only to either A: not find them. Or B: destroy the only means of you reuniting them with their mother. Sigh. WHERE ARE YOU LITTLE GUY???

Bananza i think is designed for you to 100% complete a world before you move on. I kept going broke so I found that as soon as I got the last transformation, I backtracked to 1000 and used them to 100% each world w the max treasure tie equipped. Works wonders with elephant.
I under estimated just how much gold you need to 100% Bananza.
