Re the banana thing. Years ago, I was told to eat a banana before activity - it’s a good source of energy and can help with cramps. Also it’s easy to digest for me - I can’t eat a meal within 4 hours of playing cos I’m likely to throw it up. And honestly, I just like a banana.

Leeds Festival Saturday was so brilliant - Chappell Roan was predictably 11/10 and Hozier was surprisingly excellent, with some excellent tunes and great political sentiments. Soft Play and The Linda Lindas dead good too. Ace. X
