I am happy to announce that I will serve as coordinator of the "Communication" working group for the Leibniz Postdoc Network for another year. I am looking forward to shaping the network in this fantastic team, with old and new friends.

I was back in Berlin the last 2 days for the 8th General Assembly of the Leibniz PostDoc Network. It was fantastic -gathering the energy of all the dedicated Leibniz Postdocs, -discussing exciting projects from interdisciplinary viewpoints -meeting old and new friends.
That was day one of our 8th General Assembly: One day in-person networking with inspiring workshops on (1) team communication and on (2) facilitating meetings, an intense poster session and open end pizza dinner! Thank you all for joining and making this so successful!

Based on the participant's feedback, we definitely met our goals: all of them would recommend participation in the retreat to other postdocs at their institutes, and 76% would do so very strongly.
