@JoeyMannarinoUS He should stop eating sugar and flours and veggy seed oils and processed foods. And start working on fasting longer longer. Watch videos on yt by Jason Fung. Find a good source of water that isnt chlorine and flouride. He needs celtic salt and take some when not feeling great.

I have a friend who is pre-diabetic and without health insurance. His body is constantly covered in abscesses- big, painful, puss-filled abscesses that he pops himself and they take about a week to drain (and he is usually ripping them off and on himself). Any advice for him? I…

@chewy326240 @JoeyMannarinoUS The body is literally trying to detox itself by any means necessary Stop drinking calories, stop fast food, those 2 things if nothing else will lead to some improvement

@GetUnlabeled @JoeyMannarinoUS I think this also. When weare drinking food it is not natural in a majority of our diet. And the reason is because these nutrients hit our stomach and flood our bloodstream like a tidal wave. And that rockets insulin up to toxic levels. Meats and other foods break down slowly

@chewy326240 @JoeyMannarinoUS Agree stop the sugars and flours and eat real foods again. Many pre and even those already diagnosed were able to stop insulin that way.

@FieldsandDreams @JoeyMannarinoUS I think these problems are from eating stuff that is not real food. They take just dead materials and chemicals and make something that resembles food. In Europe they have much stricter laws on foods and chemicals and obesity and diabetes is in lower rates of people and going up

@GableMargo @JoeyMannarinoUS Fung is the real deal. And he is a real medical doctor that is bringing "alternative" methods into the mainstream. Anyone that has a history of reversing t2d and t1d and weight loss is not a controversial figure. Fung and Jamnadas are historical figures ahead of their time.

Ive got a bad ankle that sprains easily and Ive brought this somma gun back from the dead with this treatment. I need to do a liver treatment sometime. This person has a leaky gut andneeds

@chewy326240 @JoeyMannarinoUS All of this ! Also take raw garlic and/or colloidal silver as an antibiotic alternative 3xs a day and put a slice of raw potato covered with a bandage on the abscess for an hour 3xs a day. Cinnamon in addition to the above comments also helps regulate blood sugar.

@chewy326240 @JoeyMannarinoUS Yes! All great advice. The smallest change with the biggest impact for me was swapping processed sugars for natural ones like organic honey and pure maple syrup. My taste buds barely noticed by my weight and overall health sure did:-)

@chewy326240 @JoeyMannarinoUS Rt track. Intermittent Fasting is of great benefit and is easier when carbs and added sugars are eliminated. There are great options out there once you are over carbs and sugars. You’ll get some carbs in vegetables and leafy greens, but don’t worry about them. Good for microbiome
