Your nights should feel like a sanctuary, not an operating theatre. Cold blue overhead light in the evening forces the body into stress physiology: cortisol, adrenaline, inflammation, cravings, terrible sleep, insulin resistance, metabolic dysfunction, anxiety and disease.
many people get terrible sleep because their night time light environment looks like a supermarket when it should look like a campfire. and thus fighting an uphill battle for health everyday.
