Elon Musk - Taking us from One System to Another Here's another way to look at what Elon is contributing to the world... So it's just as wrong to call Tesla a real-world AI company as it was to call it a car company. Open your eyes - it's about so much more than that! Elon is

The X Holding Company - The Anti-Alphabet Elon appears to be marshalling his resources to compete with Google head-to-head: 1) AI on earth - xAI vs Deepmind 2) AI in space (Alphabet doesn't have a rocket company, but they will benefit from SpaceX lowering launch costs) 3)

What did 10 Tech Titans get for $3.67 Trillion in Capital Spending? The 10 Titans shown in the chart below have spent a combined $3.67 trillion on CapEx and R&D over the last ten years (well, almost ten years, 39 quarters). Amazon accounted for nearly $1 trillion, Google spend

AJ makes some strong points here. I might quibble about his characterization of "catastrophic outflow" vs "epic dilution" but his overall point about getting shareholder buy-in is important. Of course, it's not all about manipulating shareholders to get what Elon wants - it's

Here’s the brilliance of the staged SpaceX/xAI—and soon Tesla—merger. Elon’s refusal to shut down Tesla + SpaceX/xAI merger speculation strongly suggests this is already in motion. Doing it all at once—T + S + xAI—would have been enormously complex, and I’m sure every advisor

@CernBasher Wouldn't it be ironic if the 2018 post to take Tesla private at $420 happened for reals? 😂 "Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured."

What might Elon's voting control be if SpaceX & xAI join forces with Tesla? It could be about 30% if SpaceX is valued at $1 trillion and xAI is valued at $300 billion forming a $2.7 trillion company. Or if SpaceX is valued at $1.4 trillion and xAI is valued at $500 billion it

SpaceX + xAI IPO > $1.8 trillion? I place a very high likelihood that SpaceX (especially now with the addition of xAI) will go public at the highest valuation ever seen for an IPO. Not just $1.5 trillion, but something closer to $1.8 trillion. Saudi Arabia’s state-sponsored

Tesla Insurance - My Personal Experience In Florida it would have cost us about $700 per month to insure two Cybertrucks. After moving to Texas we had the opportunity to obtain insurance directly through Tesla. The first month's cost was $550.78 - a 21% savings. But Tesla also

Tesla + SpaceX + xAI -- Why not? Much ink has been spilled in the last 24 hours about all the benefits of merging SpaceX & xAI with Tesla. I get it -- I'm into the long-term vision -- in Sept 2024 I wrote: "Musk Inc --> A Disruption Machine" https://t.co/fIlUSvs7j3 I wrote

Correction: And let's not forget about Robotaxi - another $750 billion in revenue could be generated by a fleet of about 10 million (not 1 million) Robotaxis (each only charging a $1 base fare and $1 per mile).

Thank you to @JoeTegtmeyer for his amazing work documenting Tesla's on-going expansion at Giga Texas. This little plot of land on the banks of the Colorado River could produce more revenue than the GDP of Taiwan.
