It was great to get away for a few days and spend time with family in Yarmouth. I miss them living closer and spending almost every weekend of the summer there. We played cards last night and it brought me back to when I was younger and the adults would play cards all night.

I ensure that I make positive choices every day.

My journey is unique to me.

Today, I am unapologetically myself, celebrating my achievements and learning from my setbacks.

I have all that I need to make today a great day.

0-10 recommend getting your face sunburnt after 40. The past few days has been pretty unpleasant and peeling process hurts way more than I remember. I don’t remember the last time I burnt this bad though. I burnt pretty good in California, but I didn’t peel like this.

I haven’t had my face burn this bad in a very long time. It’s not the worst I have burnt but it’s def up there. I have been putting the aloe lotion on every four hours plus I bought Solarcaine and started using that too. I am scared it is going to blister.

Today, I celebrate the small victories and milestones, recognizing the beauty in every step forward.

I am grateful for everything, the good and the bad because it made me.

Today is the first day this has been bothering since it happed. I am playing it safe and coveting it tonight . Don’t look too close at my hairy leg 😝

He also is sending me to get a EMG done for my wrist and hands as I said they are going numb more and are getting bad while I am sleeping and waking me up. He’s pretty sure it’s early carpal tunnel.

My fight with my Dr over my inner ladies parts continues. I want them out, he keeps suggesting different types of BC. So far what he puts me in hasn’t worked so I am on the list to see someone for an IUD. He says if I put it in now it will last until 50 then hope for menopause 🙄.
