Further information on this #ForestCover considered #FiscalTransfer are to be detailed in a forthcoming Government Regulation (Peraturan Pemerintah), which is now being drafted by Finance Ministry, taking on Indonesia's Law of Fiscal Relations (UU HKPD) already enacted this year.

Fiscal transfer through a general-purpose transfer (DAU) that considers forest cover will position Indonesia, to quote the speech, "as one of the first two countries with the world's most transformative fiscal transfer policy to protect forests and incentivize sub-nationals."

The announcement on forest-based fiscal transfers was made by Vice Chair of Commission XI of Indonesia’s National Parliament (DPR RI) which oversees matters related to finance, banking & development planning, working with the Ministry of Finance, among its key partner ministries.

Remarkable news was announced by Indonesia at UN Climate Summit #COP27 in Sharm El-Sheik. Indonesia is on track to consider #ForestCover as an indicator of regional characteristics in how it transfers fiscal resources to sub-nationals, benefiting forest-rich jurisdictions.

Dalam APBN, asumsi dasar ekonomi makro a.l. adalah suku bunga. Kita gunakan asumsi Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) 10 tahun. Sebelum 2021, pakai Surat Perbendaharan Negara (SPN) 3 bulan. Ini supaya hitungan APBN kita lebih sepadan pada sisi belanja negara (pembayaran bunga utang).
