Love this—something I wish I had known how to do from Day 1, and am still trying to crystallise in my brain!.
@DinaPomeranz 1) It's really hard, but I think important to try the best you can to separate your identity from your work. Taking an "objective" approach makes it easier to take the useful bits of criticism and be resilient to the jerkishness.
