.@SouthwestAir new business model sucks a big fat fatty! Ya'll didn't realize by removing "free bags" more carry ons- so waiting for my flight your reps are literally "soft threatening" flyers to check their carry ons or they may get gate checked(without a tracking tag) #WTF 👎🏼
