I can't understate how bad this changes look for the overall growth of OW esport Less teams in EME/1A/NA Tier 1 ==>less opportunity for players, less matches, less money BUT less broadcast+SMM costs so cool!! + even less prize pool per stage ( 100K ==> 75K) Unreal.

Unfortunately this is not great for Observers and Broadcast Talent for NA/EMEA. With the likelihood that at least one LAN won’t be done by our team, this means our broadcast days are essentially cut by around ~40%. Really hoping Overwatch World Cup will make up for these missing
