Played hard but gained a 62k stadium, which will explode revenue, make us far more competitive and attractive for quality players and will all but establish us as a top half Premier League club eventually? Don't sound too jealous.

The beauty of finding roughly your best team and making minimal changes, unless enforced. Top 6 next week, let alone by the January transfer window, where we will be in a far better position to gauge what players would improve the team and form. What a week for the club.

Neutral fans dislike the stadium because they don't get the relevance of an industrial exterior. We didn't want a royal blue Etihad or a bigger Everton stadium. This stadium fits the city, club and fanbase perfectly, which is why the overwhelming majority of our fans love it.
