Concacaf would be interesting. Past 4 CCL 🥇 are Monterrey (2x), Tigres, Seattle. With countries limited to 2 clubs (unless more than 2 win continental titles), a 4th non-🇲🇽 qualifier would have to be found via a 4-year ranking. Concacaf doesn't currently produce a club ranking.
