It's a gorgeous day here in Northern California. I'm two weeks ahead of schedule on writing, and I've just hit the 75% mark of Avalanche, the second book in the Mage's Trilogy. I wonder if I can afford to take a day out in the sun... that lawn ain't gonna mow itself!

Got a solid 5k words out today. That's some #progress When the words flow like water, that's what I live for. It's exhausting but thrilling! At times like that, I hardly even feel like a writer. It's like the story is telling itself to me.

Got over 2,200 words last night, putting me at 61k+, only 54-55k away from finished with Avalanche. if I can keep up this 2k/day rate, I should finish in mid June no problem! It would be nice to finish a month and a half ahead of schedule and be able to get some woodworking in!
