I love this idea. This should be telecasted to remotest corners wherever possible. The newly launched India Post Payments Bank could be utilized for postman to show the villagers this on phone. I can only imagine the desire that it would create among the young kids in these areas

Exactly - if cricket team is welcomed and paraded in open bus, then asiad sportspersons should be publicly felicitated for what they achieved despite lack of whole hearted support and lack of infrastructure and not so great coaching

This stadium was made for Asian Games 1982. Why not rename it Asian Games Stadium.
