Today, I joined @RyanGuillen and @texasproduce CEO, Dante Galeazzi to urgently request the @CommerceGov to grant a 90-day extension to continue the Tomato Suspension Agreement of 2019.

On Friday, I urged the U.S. Department of Commerce to continue the Tomato Suspension Agreement. This longstanding agreement supports trade that benefits Texas jobs, protects consumers, and ensures access to fresh, affordable produce across the state, especially in South Texas.
