Coy Gibbs was always friendly to me. Often when there was something controversial or sensitive or personnel related, Coy would say he couldn't talk to me b/c he would have to lie when answering some of the questions and he didn't want to lie to me. He said it with a grin. RIP.

Ty is young and I think he’s made some mistakes that a lot of young men would make in any competitive arena. However, the whole family from coach on down just seem like the quintessential all American kind wholesome family that you admire. I am praying hard for all of them today

Wow. Talk about life turning on a dime! I still think Ty Gibbs is a spoiled brat, but wouldn’t wish this in anyone. So sad.

This is extremely unfortunate, but this has to be because he called himself Jesus. You cannot mess with God like that. He doesn’t play.

I am in shock, and heartbroken for the Gibbs family. Praying for God’s Grace to help them all. This is horrible.
