Last Medal Monday til 2026 😱 .Nice enjoyable pace Yorkshire 10 mile to see out this year and hang up the running shoes as next year is 100% devoted to cycling. No swimming .No jogging .Build those hurting bombs . Pure testing 2025 🚴🏾♂️🚴🏾♂️🚴🏾♂️
