Chapel Hill police officer caught on camera helping man tie necktie before job interview. In a Facebook post, the dept. said the man flagged down officers because he needed help with his tie. He said he was interviewing for a job at Denny's: @ABC11_WTVD. https://t.co/qZj7ChIP7A
