this was a sophisticated criminal enterprise that exploited the intent of the law but also understood how to stay within the law. it doesn't suggest there isn't a case to answer they will just have to rethink their strat

Investigations began in 2017.
NPA is still delaying.
It is just piss poor!

Disillusionment and extreme depression setting in, insofar as the

performance, or lack thereof. Are we really left to believe that the NPA will be able to prosecute the Guptas or any of the State Capture accused. I really doubt this.

We are on our own.
And we have a president who refuses to act on his corrupt deployees until they are charged by this inept bunch. So they will never be held to account.
The corrupt elite are untouchable.

Or it's because there never was a case, proven by the delays in providing evidence, 5+ years later. We know the narrative is, a certain demographic in this country is guilty until proven innocent. Even an acquittal remains an indictment to this demographic by another demographic.

We must first jail those who committed apartheid crimes there is ample evidence but pity they are sitting rich at home 😂🤣🤣 whereas there is no evidence that Koko done anything wrong

I agree that it's untolerable and amazingly so BUT remember that NPA is dealing with Scambags who are cleaning up their tracks to avoid prosecution!
A clean prosecution is backed up by detailed credible evidence, personally I don't blame the Courts for striking case off the roll!

I agree with you.
NPA needs far better funding, more staff etc. But six years after investigations began to still be asking for delays? It’s nonsense.
Something needs to be done about it now, else none of the criminals will face consequences ever.
