Finally called to speak to a real person. They went. "Oh. Um. Can I put you on hold?" The hold music is Katy Perry's "The One That Got Away" and it sounds like it's being played through a tin can with bad reception. I just want the ability to see past orders in my account.

Me: Here's screenshots of the convo since you can't seem to look back on it WM: Hi! Give me your account info! This is such a bad customer service set up, I suspect each reply is making a new "ticket" in the system instead of being handled by a person start to finish

Me: That's not my email, someone used my phone # to make an account that isn't mine WM: Hi! Give me your account info! Me: Like I said, I can't make an account because someone used my phone # WM: Sorry you don't have an account with us! Me: Yeah... are you even reading?

(Also this is a third party website just pulling info, so it's not good. At all. Not the resteraunt actually offering paper towel. I think. I hope)

I just want one piece of info that proves it is your order and can't be anyone else. Also if you aren't a scammer and you don't want to look like a scammer when you contact someone for help with an order, just provide the order #, email, address, etc, up front please and thanks

I get a lot of "Oh I bought it in June" or "It's shipping to Canada" or "It's my friend's name on it" even "well I don't know which email I have a lot" There's a billion excuses. Just give me one piece of concrete evidence to prove you even have an order. Just one.
