This logic isn’t flawed it just represents one part of the truth which is true. Whether we like it or not ppl grow up doing what they saw, and yes we know it’s case by case. But if you’re seriously dating you are in fact vetting that family, or at least should.

I grew up seeing my father drink his life away. I don’t even play or entertain alcohol. It’s not always case. I have seen so many traumatic experiences, I’ve my entire life avoiding and being so self aware so I don’t find my self in those exact situations.

Imagine men saying this about fat women, single mothers, and etc tho.
Men get shamed for not wanting to deal with women who are overweight single mothers. Now imagine how women would react to men rejecting them just because they grew up with a fat single mother 😂
