Anger is a very useful tool. I just don't like the way it makes me feel. It takes a very long time for me to get back to my center. I ruminate. I simmer. I don't talk about it over and over, but I think about it non-stop. I'm so hyper focused on it, I can't think of other things.

Acknowledge it, thank it, ask yourself what kind of injustice is going on & let it pass without trying to force it to go. Itβs there to protect us. To let us know something needs to change.
