ATP’s 2024 high school summer interns are hard at work learning about transit and Austin Light Rail Phase 1. KXAN highlighted the program and the importance of developing the future workforce to support upcoming projects throughout the region:

For the fourth year, ATP welcomes high school students to the summer internship program. Students and staff kicked off the 7-week program where they’ll gain hands-on skills, learn about Austin Light Rail Phase 1 and apply their interest in STEM to the transit industry.
