Met a Hindu mom friend today. Her 8 yr old son was beaten up twice at school w racial slurs hurled at him. She has spoken w the principal about watching out for
#Hinduphobia
& creating a plan.

name and shame the school so they take this hinduphobia seriously.
Hindus are too quiet when facing discrimination.
If you dont complain, you will not get justice. Thats how the story goes.
@ChakraNews
There’s no need to name or shame anyone. Till now we global Hindus had no idea what was cooking behind the easy banner of shooting down “Hindutva”. We do now. We’re just starting to respond & defend our faith, our history & our culture.

@SirJambavan
What school is that where they tolerate such violence?
I have told my kids that if some bully you, let your teachers & me know right away. But if someone throws a punch then don't stop until s/he is on the ground. I'll stand behind them all the way.

Kids should be sensitised from a young age about our religion and identity. In a way they understand. Will help them to stand up for themselves in any situation. Recent case in Australia when an Ind origin boy stuck to his Hindu values when pulled out of a football game

The more this happens, many hindus will realise the
#hinduphobia
going around and will hopefully atleast stop bad mouthing Hinduism themselves. 🙏
@ashajadeja325
Hindus have to learn to be unapologetic about their religion. It's beyond time we should learn to stand up for ourselves. No one will help till you won't take action. There are more sleeping Hindus than awake ones.Make sound so others will atleast try to wake up.Jai Bharat 🇮🇳🙏🕉️

@Aabhas24
This is a problem with some Muslims living in Europe; when my son was in 2nd standard his friend told him if you don't read the Quran then, Allah will put hot metal into your ears.

Teach kids to wear their religion on their sleeves and not shy away from defending themselves. Nowadays, there's hardly any part of public premises that is not under CCTV coverage and bullies can always be brought to book. If we stand up for our beliefs, others will respect them.
@ashajadeja325
We are being targeted like how the Jewish community was targeted. The Jewish community at least stood up for one another, they were United. The Hindus are not United. That's what makes it more scary. In Which city state did this occur?
