One of the side effects of American culture being so dominant is that Britons occasionally forget they live in the UK and are subject to British libel laws.
On 13 March I tweeted that JK Rowling “is a Holocaust denier”. That allegation was false and offensive. I have deleted it and apologise to JK Rowling.

Pretty sure that would be defamatory in most US states as well. (Might even be defamatory per se).

Denying that Nazi's burned trans related books does not mean you are denying the holocaust.
That is a false equivalence.
The Holocaust was the genocide of European Jews during World War II where Nazis systematically murdered some 6 million Jews.
