Actual "Prompt" Engineering is something more advanced models can do on their own. We see it now with GPT-5. It chooses it's underlying models and tools by itself.

"Prompt engineering" is basically "communication skills" in complicated. Fancy prompt engineering "principles" like "Chain-of-thought prompting" translates to "think before you talk". Why does it have to have such complicated names?

An LLM was trained on human data. It will use your human input sentences to create "human"-like output sentences. It's not coding! You don't have to learn any "machine"-like language to talk to it - use English, Chinese, Indonesian or anything you want!

Prompt engineering = good communication skills No more and no less. I never understood the hype around prompt engineering. Let me explain my problem to the LLM in a clear way - and it will understand. Talk cryptically or leave out information - it will produce garbage.

Stop prompt engineering... and start improving your communication skills. Decent communication skills are essential for ALL kinds of interactions: human to human AND Human to AI. Improve your communication skills -> 2 birds with one stone! Let me add some more 👇
