Today the @Europarl_EN and @EUCouncil agreed with @EU_Commission on important rules on how banks can deal with losses if they get into trouble (‘the daisy chains act’). This is another key step to better protect citizens and businesses in bank crises. 👩🏽💻

Great news 👏 on agreement to finalise post-crisis reforms of 🇪🇺 banking regulation. Implementing Basel rules faithfully while accounting for EU specificities will make our banks more resilient to future economic shocks and ensure banks can continue funding the EU economy.
