In our new preprint: https://t.co/baCjQyWRlw we use Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBM) to train on DNA aptamer dataset from SELEX protocol. RBM is two-layer neural network architecture that can be trained to assign a probability to a target sequence. 🧵1/5
