Yay I managed to get @samfendermusic tickets in Newcastle. Although it kicked my friend out at payment screen so lost our standing tickets. Luckily I got seats but one less than we really needed. At least most of us are going!

Hey @virginmedia how can it be so hard to resolve an issue where I upgraded my contract to Volt and I never received the o2 SIM card. I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to sort it and over 7 hours wasting my time with dishonest people. I’ve now been trying to do this for 2 hours today 🤬
