When ghee actually has only fat and no protein. And A1 and A2 are two variants of beta-casein protein found in milk!
One variant of Akshayakalpa Organic ghee is desi cow ghee. It is crafted with organic milk from Amruth Mahal and Hallikar cows, living on our organic farms and crafted using the traditional bilona method.
