Amazing (in a bad way) that 64% of US VC firms have NO woman check writers in 2021. Founders, you can have huge impact on this. When you have choices, vote with your cap table - work w firms that have women & folks from under represented groups at the top :)

Been getting a surprising # of cold emails from banker/consultant types repping tech cos to raise seed or A. Yes fundraising is hard, it's good to get advice & intros - but founders should know a banker cold emailing potential investors at early stage doesn't represent them well.
