Pnr/Booking Ref CS266N was booked through agoda website for indigo flight for a wrong date which was cancelled and as confirmed by indogo full refund is initiated to agoda
But refund is not initiated to me till now. Please help

tolong cek pesanan dengan Booking ID 854911441, setelah booking status pesanan masih diproses hingga sekarang status pesanan telah dibatalkan karena sudah lebih dari 24jam pesanan tidak dikonfirmasi. Tidak ada info sama sekali dari pihak agoda atau properti.
