PROTIP: when (☝️not if!) miscommunications occur, a nasty pattern I see is to blame the uninformed. "This is a known issue"."It's in the docs"."RTFM".etc. Don't do it! It's revealing communication misses! Fix those to help organization health instead. Overcommunicate x 💯.
