I am no longer interested in excuses. I demand an immediate refund of my advance payment and cancellation of the connection. If not actioned at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and with consumer forums. Worst customer service experience ever.

we facing issue for more than 2 weeks now, it is not getting resolved. Our complaint was registered however, no one came afterwards to resolve the issue. Very Disappointing and regretting our decision to opt Samsung this time!
