Someone please disrupt paywalls.
There should be a browser-based wallet I can keep $10 in and pay $.25 every time I need to get through a paywall...
I'm not signing up for 5 publication subs, this would be an easy way for ppl to fund journalism without committing.

The biggest limitation from implementing your vision is getting all blogs to adopt a standard
A quarter per article knocks the current plans out of the park though.
A paywall blocker is totally buildable but the limitation here is ethical.

browser but for paywalls. I'd rather pay a small fee to just access x articles per month over different publications instead of having to pay a subscription.

We have done this. If you want more publishers to adopt it, tell them. Doesn’t need them to get rid of their subscriptions, just adds options
