The passage is right that capital produces people as “persons” but wrong to dismiss the moral/legal/psych component of this. Less in DK, more in the JewishQ & Grundrisse, Marx covers how capital transforms ppl into “moral” subjects, reducing political life to individual interests
I am sorry to say this distinction between big and little personifications undermines what i think is the entire point of the idea for Marx....
