It was great to stop by Pomonas on Sparks Street. This café and juice bar opened just a few weeks ago. It already feels like a welcome addition downtown. The mural on the wall was created by one of the owners. If you’re walking along Sparks Street, Pomonas is a very cool spot to

The ByWard Market is active this holiday season. I was at 55 ByWard Market Square chatting with the folks at Le Moulin de Provence and Le Casablanca, both local favourites for their delicious breads, and pastries - great spots for holiday treats. #ShopLocal Le marché By est bien
