Is this a real in-game screenshot? Or is it fan art or digitally edited with the blood on his face. I swear I’ve seen other photos of him like this but maybe I’m imagining it because I did his camp scene where he bites you for the 1st time & didn’t see any blood on his face.

This is a screenshot straight from the game haha, right after you let him bite you there’s a very brief shot if him with blood like this. Its just less obvious in the cutscene because of the camera angle, I used a camera mod so this shot is front facing 🥰
