Since the number looked like a spam call, I asked him to share his personal phone number and details before sharing the OTP, which he did. Unfortunately, I trusted it and shared the OTP.

He then marked my order as delivered, saying he would deliver the product by 11:00 AM the next morning. Since then, he has been saying “I’ll deliver it tomorrow” every single day, but the product has still not been delivered.

I have his personal number as well as his area manager’s number from that branch. This raises a serious concern,: who shared my order details with this person? Was it Amazon itself or employees from the local Amazon branch?

This is not just about my order. This looks like a delivery scam that may have affected many other customers. I have full faith in @KashmirPolice that they will look into this matter sincerely and resolve it fairly. Requesting @KashmirPolice to kindly take necessary action.
